Contract Deliverable
The elements of contracts and parties to a contract are the most compelling topics learned in this course. The elements of contracts included; offer, acceptance, consideration, mutuality of obligation, competency and capacity. These elements tie the specific players of a contract to a particular object of a contract. In addition to that, the parties to a contract are individuals that hold either obligation or receive the benefits of a particular contract. For instance, the distinct parties include the promisee and promisor. The beneficiaries are also significant parties to a contract.
