Benefits of Cultural Diversity

Cultural diversity primarily involves the existence of different views on norms and practices by people interacting within a particular environment such as a town, or a workplace environment (Banks, 2015). In some cases, people go to extreme lengths to prove to their peers that they belong to a particular social class. However, belonging to the said class would imply assimilating or engaging in the activities deemed by the individuals that identify with the said class to be appropriate. Ultimately, the different views on conduct, the norms, and principals of conduct define a particular group of people, with such a group out rightly symbolizing the culture therein.
