Identify the parts.
Distinguish between major types: inductive and deductive.
Write an office memorandum in which you create three separate arguments for a new company policy. For each argument:

Identify its structure and parts. Explain the reasons for each of your choices.
Classify it into it as either inductive or deductive and provide a rationale for the classification.

Create a 2 page essay in APA format. Use 2 scholarly sources for references. Be sure to use in-text citations.

The new company policy that looks to track employees using their cell phones, and have their emails, messages and phone calls monitored by the organization has been met by mixed reactions from the workers. There are some members of staff who have agreed to and supported the new policy, but the majority has disputed it. This implies that there are certain issues that the workers are concerned about regarding this policy.
