            According to the post, there are some restrictions to employees’ freedom of speech at the workplace. For this reason, employers are allowed to fire their workers if they violate the established communication policy. The viewpoint is driven by the view that the First Amendment protects persons from government’s interference in their expression. Accordingly, persons who work for private entities are not entitled to the provisions of the First Amendment. Consequently, their employers can hold them accountable for whatever they say at their workplaces.
