Develop a Security, Education, Training, and Awareness (SETA) plan for the IT department support personnel. Your SETA plan will have three sections (one for the Education, Training and Awareness programs).At a minimum, include a description of the program, the intended personnel targeted for the program, implementation plans, schedule for training, and methods for delivering the programs.

The purpose of the SETA plan is to educate, train and create awareness on the need for agile security measures for adoption by the IT department at the organization. To protect the manufacturing and administrative data, the IT personnel at Baker Manufacturing Company will be trained to establish the minimum security standards for the data centers. Thus, the purpose of the plan is to train, educate and create awareness for protecting the data centers to counter the threats and vulnerabilities that might predispose the organization’s data to malicious intrusion.
