Pediatric Patients Presenting with Developmental Concerns

Pediatric care is usually unique when it comes to children with developmental issues as they might undergo certain experiences which necessitate many careful approaches. As a pediatrician personnel, I have to face different situations in my line of work and I handle them with the main concern being delivering quality healthcare to the patients. Development involves both physical, emotional and cognitive abilities of a child judging from their age and the influence around them. During the regular pediatric rotations, I have to deal with patients who pose varying situations and that experience is an eye-opening to my skills and knowledge in the field (Kearns, 2009).
