Individuals are vulnerable to various social weapons they come across. The two weapons that had been used successfully against me is that expensive=good and the contrast principle weapons. The first incident when the expensive=good weapon worked against me is when I went to purchase a necklace for my friend. When I got the jewelry store, I found different varieties of necklaces, which retailed at different prices. I did not pay attention to those that retailed below $100. I ended up purchasing a $300 silver-necklace despite there being other silver necklaces retailing below $100.
