The workplace environment includes people with different opinions and cultures, which makes it important that ne understands how best to interact with people in such an environment. Otherwise, employees would often be incapable of working together primarily due to lack of similar opinions on how to approach different issues. On the other hand, the employer cannot focus on ensuring the employment of people with a similar cultural mindset since diversity in the workplace always increases the ease of business engagement by providing alternative views on the best practices to achieve a particular objective.
