Reaction to the claim letter

My response to the claim letter will be one of shock and humor. The claim letter lacks a professional tone that would be used in a complaint letter. Despite the fact that Mr. Set Reeves is expressing a problem that he encountered involving a housefly in a can of tuna, I am of the belief that a professional tone should have been used to convey the message to the Sea-Tasty Tuna.
