Solution Preview

One of the difficulties which I experienced while working as the human resource manager in a beauty care company was when the company was planning to launch a new product. As the HR I was tasked to find a suitable person who was to conduct a research about the market for the new product. The manager also gave me a task of making a business strategy on how to launch the product. However, the dynamic complexity problem came in because the market strategies rely on the research information. This is because the announcement about the recruitment of the person who was to conduct the market research came late and it was not easy given that it was during the festive season.
