Drug Mandatory Minimums
- Select a policy that allows you to discuss and analyze its formation and implementation in detail. If you cannot find enough information about a policy to thoroughly address these issues, select another policy.
- Include a cover page with the title of your paper, your name, and the date.
- Follow APA style of citation and referencing and provide a reference page that is in APA format.
- Papers must be 10-12 pages (excluding title page and references), double-spaced, Times New Roman, 12-point font with 1-inch margins. Do not format your paper to change its length.
- Avoid using direct quotes. Instead, paraphrase and cite the source. When direct quotes are used, page numbers are required.
- Papers should be grammatically correct and free of typos and other errors. Carefully proofread your paper before submitting it.
- Papers should be written in a formal tone. Do not use contractions or slang terms. The paper should not contain your personal opinion, political beliefs, etc.
- The paper you submit should be your work only. Do not plagiarize. Do not collaborate with other students in this class or people not in this class. You must submit an original paper produced for this course. No “double dipping.” If you are working on a paper for another course that covers the same topic, you must get instructor approval.
