Majority of today’s contemporary artists have adaptable and dematerialized practices such as traveling from biennial to gallery exhibitions. They are most of the times based in cities far from their places of birth, to inhabit the geographies that connect with them in global spirit. By borrowing funds from the public and private sectors, they can create consensual transnational networks with their supporters and collaborators. Artists are typical examples of the blandest discourse of globalization; they are cosmopolitan agents well – traveled, urbane and unique interpreters of the cultural differences (Kracun, 2012).
