Fight or flight response is the body’s reaction to danger. When this reaction occurs hormones are released, these hormones are adrenalin and cortisol. These hormones make the body more energetic and stronger through slowing digestion, increasing the rate of the heart, forcing the flow of blood to main muscle assemblies and shifting numerous nervous tasks.
