The major goal of public administration is to advance the implementation of government policies and to ensure proper function of the government. The public administration has various independent scopes that incorporate government interest and act at the level of inquiry to advance the role of the government at hand. The major concern of the public administration is centered on the government policies and the conduct of public administrators. The public administrators consist of unelected officials like the cabinet secretaries, city manager, human resource manager, health director among other. Public administrators are public servants that work in the various lever of the government. In this paper, I will focus on the public administration in the united state at a different level and its effect on the public.
