Introduction:

The Information technology project can be defined as an operation that include organizing, planning and setting the responsibilities of an organization to reach the objectives especially the information technology goals. There is no doubt about the importance of an IT department in any organization. One of the most important and usable elements of the Information technology department is called an IT governance.

The IT Governance is the procedures that guarantee the efficient and effective usage of an information technology to implement the goal of an organization (Debreceny & Gray, 2013). The terminology of an IT governance is focusing more on the performance of an IT to meet the current and the future requirement of the business (De Haes & Van, 2009).
