If you were an HR recruiter, what types of recruiting issues would AI help you with?

As a HR recruiter, there are several recruiting issues, which AI can help. One of them is evaluating the applicants’ resumes and their online profiles to determine whether they can be good employees. Also, AI can help HR recruiters to analyze applicants’ data. It processes information quicker than human beings, hence effective in the analysis of big data. Thus, AI allows HR professionals to source, screen, and identify ideal applicants.
