My agency for this case is a soup kitchen and feeding the homeless. George is the chosen individual for the referral, and he is a person with a mental health issue. The client has a mild mental condition, which makes him aggressive at some time. When his mental condition is not in a bad state, he is usually temperate and social. The client’s appearance indicates that he is not in excellent condition; he is generally mentally disturbed and stressed all the time. One can tell that he is ill by the overall appearance. His attitude is usually positive more so when he is happy. He reaches a time and starts walking all over aimlessly.
