Introduction
The process of determining and identifying specific details about a job, requirements and duties is referred to as job analysis. The analysis looks at the importance of particular responsibilities and their interrelation with a given position. It entails the collection of information and judging that information to come up with standards that are to be applied equally. Conducting a job analysis helps organisations in the process of matching an individual to a specific job. Two things result from a job analysis that is a job description and job specification and guides the employer in the hiring process (Brannick ,2002).
