In 1971, three gentlemen namely Jerry Baldwin, Gordon Bowker and Zev Siegel came up with an idea of starting a Coffeehouse in America. The three gentlemen were united by purpose and decided to source funds to help them implement their plan. On the same year, they borrowed some funds to open the first store in Seattle, called Starbucks. Today, Starbuck Company has grown to be the best and the biggest Coffeehouse chain in the world with about twenty-four thousand wholesale stores in seventy Countries. Additionally, Starbucks is known to be the best sellers of beverages such as coffee and hot chocolate. Consequently, their success is mainly attributed to the hot offers they are giving to their customers. For instance, they have improved on what they called happy hour that just lasted for one hour to three days on weekends starting from 3 p.m.
