Strategic Plan
For an organization to achieve its core purpose and set goals there are a set of stratagems, schemes, and guidelines set by the organization’s management team and leaders in general in order to guide the firm in meeting the set goals. Organizational managers, therefore, need to discuss in depth and write down the guiding rules that are articulate about the plan (Robson, 2015). In order for a strategic plan to be viable and effective, there is a need for documentation of the discussed ideas.
A manuscript that comprises of set the set goals, what needed to be done in order to achieve the goals, the time frame was given to achieve the goals and the precarious rudiments to consider both internal and external in a bid to achieve the set goals is known as a strategic plan (Scarborough, 2016).
