My Leadership Experience

Being the girls’ volleyball captain at my school, my main responsibility has been to influence the members of my team to willingly give their best in order for us to become an unbeatable team. As such, everyone looks up to me to take the team to higher levels and achieving what is has never achieved before. This leadership role requires me to know my strengths as well as what I care about for me to choose the area of leadership to focus in.
