The most captivating idea which is present in the three articles will be gender identity. The society as of now has dictated or established which types of sexes should exist in the society. The two sexes will include male and female. However, the two gender identities as identified in the articles are not entirely sufficient since a small population of people will be classified as mixed sex. Mixed-sex will be individuals who have biological organs which can be found in both women and men. The individuals who fall under this category will be referred to as Hermaphrodites which is a term included in the article written by Anne Fausto-Sterling (Fausto‐Sterling, 1993).
