Executive Summary
Netflix is among the world’s leading providers of subscription video on demand. The firm provides unique services to its customers throughout the world, and some of the ways it achieves international success are by partnering with local organizations to get access to a country. Its entry into India is, however, part of the company’s vision to gain a presence in over 200 countries in the world. Though Netflix Company was founded in 1996, it found its way into the Indian market in 2016 (Christensen, Raynor & McDonald, 2015). The nation provided a lucrative market due to its large population size.
