            For one to live a healthy life, one has to watch out on what he or he eat and secondly has to regularly work out in a bid to burn unwanted cholesterol that might be accumulating in the body. Consequently, physical fitness is achieved by doing physical exercises that help in the excessive fat loss, good eating habits that involve taking a balanced diet and taking enough rest (Nyberg et al., 2014). Therefore, physical fitness is an effective way to change one’s way of life transforming him into leading a healthy lifestyle.
