I believe that Watts is discussing primarily Buddhist concepts.

The traditional concept of Anatman, here Buddhism analyses the human existent as made up of five collections which are in coincidence with Watts’s video. Watts in his discussion speaks of the material body, perception, feelings, and predispositions, conscious and karmic tendencies. Watt claims that people are temporary creatures based on these aspects are prone to daily changes.
