In week 3, you submitted a Topic Proposal on an ethical or financial scandal of your choice. You were encouraged to select a case you found
interesting or one that was relevant to your current profession. By now you should have received feedback from your instructor regarding
this Topic Proposal. Use this feedback to create an outline of your Case Analysis using a full-sentence outline format. You should demonstrate
that progress has been made on the course project, and that your research is well underway.
Your final Topic Paper will contain the following sections (access Week 7 for more information about each section):
• Overview/Summary
• Opinion/Legal Analysis
• Relevance to Business Environment

Using the rubric and additional resources provided below as a guide, develop an outline for your paper. Be sure to provide a list of references
you have identified as useful (remember you will need to have a minimum of 5 for the final paper). Your outline should follow all APA formatting
guidelines (including title page and references) and should also demonstrate writing expected of college-level graduate students.
