Leadership is the ability to influence others to achieve organizational goals. Organizations spend billions of dollars each year to improve the leadership skills of its employees. Leadership skills are needed within organizations to execute the vision, mission and strategic goals of the organization.

After going through the assessment, I scored a total of 73 points, which is a position that shows that my leadership skills are excellent. However, I performed better in some areas than others. Among my strengths is the ability to motivate people, thus enabling them to achieve their dreams. In this area, I scored ten out of ten (“How Good Are Your Leadership Skills?”). Being a leader requires you to also concentrate on the success of others. The other area, which is my strength is the ability to manage performance; this is because of my ability to set goals clearly and concisely.
