The aims of this article review task is to make the students appreciate research contribution in the area of Quality Management.
- INTRODUCTION
As part of the assessment in Total Quality Management (BAHR 3102), a student is required to undertake an article review for ten (10) marks. An ‘Assignment’ is a written review to be submitted by the student as part of the assessment process.
The latest submission date will be announced in the e-learning portal.
The aims of this article review task is to make the students appreciate research contribution in the area of Quality Management.
The students can gain knowledge from various perspectives to improve their understanding in TQM.
- REQUIREMENTS:
Select any one (1) article related to Quality Management (from 2011-2020) and prepare the following in your report:
- Summary of the study (Half page)
- Literature review: The variables researched and its definition/meaning (1 page)
- Explain the variables are important in Quality Management? (1 page)
- Explain how this study is useful to the customers and organization. (1 page)
- Conclusion – Future studies recommended in the research, Overall comment on the article and describe what you learn from this research article. (1 page).
