Details: In preparation for completing your Research Critique Paper, All students need to find ONE Quantitative research article with NURSES as authors. Please limit to the last 5 years. POST the PDF file of your Quantitative on EC Learn by the due date

You may chose any topic, as long as it is a research study in a scholarly journal written by a nurse. TIP: Articles with interventions (RCT or Quasi-experimental) are usually easier to critique because they are usually very straightforward.
Do NOT search by disease topic!! Nurses do not do research on diseases! Nurses do research on Responses to illness, such as copying, stress, pain, anxiety, mobility, and skin breakdown. Only studies conducted by nurses will be accepted.

Technology: This is a fully online course hosted on the Emmanuel College learning management system EClearn (Canvas). Students will need access to a computer and a good internet connection throughout the semester. Basic technical and internet skills are a must.
