In chapter 9 of your textbook, the author describes various cloud management mechanisms, including the SLA management system. What is the purpose of the SLA management system? How important is it to establish metrics and parameters? What are some ways a company may use to define metrics? Is this a good metric: “Provide faster service to our customers”? Why or why not?
