Leadership has become the key drive to the success of many businesses and organization. the consideration to lay leadership structure has always been the key challenge for businesses in aligning the organization structure. In this case we are going to focus on how leadership theories can impact the business and economical growth.

Leadership is the ability to lead, influence, motivate and give direction toward achieving the organization goals or specified objective. There are different roles a leader plays in order of being effective in their position. A role simply means establishing a vision, sharing the vision with the team member and ensuring the team has information and knowledge on how to realize those goals. While Management plays a key role in shaping the health and wealth of the business to the outside world (Northouse, p.g 5).
