When a healthcare organization has multiple hospitals that are located in different situations, there are several factors that could cause cannibalism or disruptions between the services and locations. One of the major reasons is due to spreading of its abilities and expertise that it no longer has the ability to meet the needs of the people. When medical practitioners or doctors are few, they may be required to move from one location to the other and this may lead to reduced performance (Gee, 2014).
