Do you want to be a strategic leader at some point in your career?

Strategic leadership entails the manager’s ability to express a strategic vision for an organization and motivate employees to pursue that vision. Through the use of their power and influence, strategic leaders make rational decisions that enable an organization to obtain and sustain competitive advantage. This highlights that strategic leaders serve a significant purpose within the organization. As such, I would like to be a strategic leader with the ability to positively influence employees to execute organizational change. By being able to influence other members of the organization to do positive things, I can enable the organization to achieve a competitive advantage within the marketplace.
