here are something my professor want.

Compose a persuasive message (letter) that is:

organized in block format addressing a specific audience + purpose
around 500-600 words
supported by one credible source (apply C.R.A.A.P. standards) and cited in APA style
In the letter, you will either:
express a concern or problem, then suggest an action or solution (use an indirect approach)
OR

persuade an employer to adopt a new approach or policy in the workplace (indirect approach)
OR

pitch a product or service to a target audience (use the AIDA model)
Even if this is a hypothetical letter, you need to write from a real context, with a real audience and purpose in mind. Avoid boilerplate letters found on the internet or elsewhere; the ideas should come from you.

Dear Mr. English (salutation – always use “Ms.” for females),

The first paragraph of a business letter is used to state the main point of the letter. For this message, begin with a friendly opening or buffer(indirect approach), then transition into the purpose of your letter. Use a couple of sentences to explain the purpose, but do not go in to detail until the next paragraph. Depending on your purpose, you could alternately organize the message using the AIDA approach.

In your body paragraphs, include supporting details to justify the purpose. These may take the form of background information, statistics or first-hand accounts. A few short paragraphswithin the body of the letter should be enough to support your reasoning. Please reference (cite) a credible source as further support.[1]You can either quote or paraphrase from the source, but do not over-quote.

In the closing paragraph, briefly restate your purpose and why it is important. Also consider closing with gratitude for the reader’s time.

Closing,

Your Name

[1]Include a footnote to cite your source using APA style.

Considering the resolutions made during the previous staff meeting, I take this opportunity to express concerns about an observation made over the past few months with regard to the quality of the working environment in the company. In particular, there has been a significant increase in culture-based forms of conflict, in which people who believe to have a similar cultural opinion form a kind of group and always engage in support of each other in cases of conflict, resulting to factionalism in the company.
