Career in Criminal Justice

 The choice of a particular career often follows a due assessment of the pros and cons of being in the field in question. However much there are always cases of influence from peers and significant others, people always consider the potential advantages of serving in different positions. Consequently, making a decision on the basis of advantages and disadvantages of a position gives an individual the opportunity to determine the potential level of satisfaction while working in a particular career field. According to research, the level of employee satisfaction in the workplace has been quoted as one of the critical factors that contribute to high quality performance, which could in effect increase the chances of advancing in different positions within the workplace (Swan, 2016). Based on the analysis of advantages and disadvantages of a career in criminal justice, the career would be highly appropriate for anyone who wishes to impact his or her environment positively.
