Given the extent of poverty and repressive governments in latin america history, the number of attempted revolutions in the regions is not surprising. why have most of the revolutions failed ? what role should the united states play in future revolutions ? should the united states be involved in supporting or combating revolutions in latin america ? if so, what criteria should be used to determine when the united states should be involved and on which used ? if not, why not ?

Abstract
Latin American revolutions should not be taken for granted. What they did inspire the whole planet. And this gave hope to the entire earth. They needed assistance and support. Otherwise, they would struggle for decades and centuries. The empire was quite offensive in that they reacted with fury, ready to kill all the hopes and all that had been achieved before (Selbin, 2018).
