Due to the changes and advancement of corporate performances, corporate culture can be defined in many ways. Every leader should encourage and develop a culture that will improve the organization’s performance. Organizational culture is crucial because it defines an organization’s identity. It also allows workers who feel valued at the organization to stay, thus supporting the institution’s mission statements and core values (Anonymous, 2020). Corporate culture integrates leaders, workers, and other organization stakeholders in achieving the organization’s goals. Working as a team will improve the organization’s performance and boost the employees’ morale. It is the mandate of every corporate leader to establish a solid organizational culture to boost its productivity.
