In the 21st century, human resource has been observed to be a critical factor that determines the success of the organization. As a result, organizations need to base their efforts in recruiting the best people in the job market and later ensure that they have the ability to retain these employees. According to the author, managers also need to ensure that they have proper and effective organizational designs that help to get the best out of the employees.
