My Talent

My greatest skill is solving conflicts. I easily find amicable solutions to disputes, making the needs of every party in a conflict to an extent while compromising others just to find a common ground. This has been a great skill since disputes are a normal party of any healthy relationship since no two people cannot be expected to always agree on everything – people must agree to disagree. Most people among my peers have seen this skill in me and they always call on me whenever a conflict erupts, which has in turn helped me to develop and demonstrate my conflict resolution skills.
