She has run on a platform that highlighted her ability to bring significant productivity improvements to the large, private sector corporations she led as a CEO. Now she wants to bring the same spirit of reengineering to the city. Identify the basic issues that your productivity improvement strategy will employ. From the post from my peer, there are several aspects that I noted that helped improve the readership and delivery of the messages that were being conveyed about Brady City. One of the aspects was the inclusion of the eight steps in the productivity enhancement strategy. These steps can play a great role towards ensuring that there is delivery of various services that are required by the residents of the city. Another thing I liked about the paper was completeness and level of organization that is exemplified from one point to the next.
