Q1. In the tale of Genji, there are incidences of jealousy between women one incident was when Rokujo becomes so jealousy over Genji’s chief wife who was known as Lady Aoi. Rokujo’s jealousy made her turn into an evil she will attack Lady Aoi at night until she killed her. Another incident of envy in the story of Genji was between Kumoi-no-Kari, Yugiri’s wife and Kashiwagi’s widow.
