  • Explain how and where you would let potential applicants know that this job is available, other than this site.
  • Describe what kinds of information you would want applicants to provide in their resumes and cover letters.
  • Identify how you will use this information to screen applicants and determine that some are not eligible for further consideration.
  • Explain what kinds of examinations or screening techniques are most appropriate for filling this position.
  • Develop three interview questions specific to the requirements of this position.

Your paper must be comprehensive, and provide justification from the literature to substantiate your responses.

To create awareness about the vacancy, it is imperative that it is advertised through various platforms that are accessible by potential candidates. The site itself is a great platform through which many applicants may access some of the requirements, tasks, and responsibilities that are supposed to be conducted by the suitable candidate. However, posting the open position on the website is not the only way that may be used to advertise for the post. There are many platforms where the job may be posted so that applicants may know that the job is available as discussed below. The first major way of advertising the post is through paying for advertisements in the local newspaper.
