Recently, there has been massive confusion regarding the issues of recruitment and retention of employees and staff involved with the veterans health administration. During the Obama and Bush rules, a certain degree of stability had ruled the States affairs regarding veteran health systems as it is now during the Donald Trump era. This paper is an outlook on the current issues about recruitment and retention that has been involved with the health administration of veterans in the United States of America as well as a subjective response of the understanding of these emerging issues.
Analysis
It is critical to understand that in the United States of America, the constitutes of the high medical bills arise mainly from the administration costs.
