Globalization has been an issue of discussion in contemporary society for the better part of the twenty-first century. Among the different discussions has often been the ability to conduct business across different countries, owing to variations in the legal aspects of the countries in question. However, the efforts to eliminate trade barriers by the World Trade Organization (WTO) have so far been integral to the reduction of some of the previously existing challenges that reduced the ease of business across the various countries
