Discussion A: Formulation of a Sales Program
Welcome to the first discussion. In this course you will be introduced to a topic in the discussion. The first week of the module you will write about your initial thoughts after reviewing the resources. The initial post should be at least 300 words.

During the following week you will reply to at least two of your classmates. The replies should be at least 100 words. See the discussion rubric for more details on grading.

Share your thoughts on the following subjects in a scholarly post:1- How is sales leadership different from sales management? 2- Discuss the issues forcing sales organizations to reinvent themselves in the twenty-first century.

           Sales management and sales leadership are two different things. Firstly, sales management and sales leadership differ in terms of roles (Johnston & Marshall, 2016). Sales management involves creating a vision as well as a direction within the sales organization to achieve success.
