Discussion C: Personal Characteristics and Sales Aptitude
Welcome to the third discussion. In this course you will be introduced to a topic in the discussion. The first week of the module you will write about your initial thoughts after reviewing the resources. The initial post should be at least 300 words.

2. Initial Post (300 words)
Enthusiasm is one of the more important attributes sales executives look for in new salespeople. How would you measure or determine whether an applicant possessed enthusiasm? If an applicant lacks enthusiasm but shows positive interest in sales, would it be possible to teach enthusiasm?

Passion, interest, and enjoyment are some of the traits that can be distinguished in a person with enthusiasm. Every employer goes for an enthusiastic person for it is sure that a person who is passionate about doing something will surely deliver. In the sector of sales executives, it is not different (Gopalakrishna,Mantrala & Sridhar, 2016).
