Think of a project you have been involved with at your place of employment or a place where you one day envision yourself working, and imagine that you were appointed the project manager for this project.

Describe the activities that you and your project team will perform in the initiating, planning, executing, controlling and monitoring, and closing processes. In addition, describe how the PMP affects each member of the project team. Remember all APA formatting requirements still apply

In the place of employment that I envision to work in the future, there are many projects that I can been involved with that are aimed at increasing the success of the company. Involvement in projects helps a project management professional to assess some of the activities that need to be completed so that the project is a success. If I were appointed as the project manager for a given project, there are several activities that the project team would have to undertake to ensure success in the long-term.
