After a project has been delivered to the customer, it is imperative to take some time to reflect on the whole project so as to assess some of the aspects that went well and those that did not fully meet the requirements of the client. Such an assessment helps plan for future challenges and problems that may be encountered for similar problems. In the delivered project, there are a few aspects that could have been done differently in regards to the time, resources, and the scope of the project. In regards to the scope of the project, one aspect that could have been differently was to outline the objectives of the project to all stakeholders.
