Search the Yoder-Wise required textbook for your assigned Leadership Theory topic/name:
In the Yoder-Wise textbook “Index,” locate and use pertinent information on the assigned Leadership Theory and/or the general concepts regarding all nursing leadership theories.
2. Search the current peer-reviewed journals for your assigned Leadership Theory topic/name:
Locate and use at least three peer-reviewed articles not more than five (5) years old related to your Leadership Theory topic/name.
3. Write a paper on the assigned Leadership Theory to include all of the following items:
The paper will contain three APA formatted pages (plus the title and reference pages = at least five pages).
The paper will describe the assigned Leadership Theory.
The paper will discuss how the assigned Leadership Theory applies to your practice and career.
The paper will discuss how the assigned Leadership Theory is pertinent to delivering quality health care.
The paper will include a reflection and explanation of:
Your opinion on the value and applications of this Leadership Theory in the healthcare environment;
Your own transformational or authentic leadership qualities and the role your qualities play in delivering quality healthcare
4. Your individual report:
Combine the written items from steps 1-4 into an APA-style paper with a properly formatted title page and APA headings.
Include properly formatted in-text citations that match the APA formatted reference page items, including at least three peer-reviewed articles and the Yoder-Wise textbook.
Write a scholarly/college-level paper using your own words reflecting critical thinking/processing of the information searched and reviewed in the peer-reviewed literature and the Yoder-Wise
textbook.
