Individually, students will read 6 journal /academically reviewed research articles that pertain to marketing a service (as opposed to a product). Students will then write a 6 page report synthesizing those 6 articles.

ABSOLUTELY NO INTERNET ARTICLES OR OTHER NON-JOURNAL ARTICLES SHOULD BE USED FOR THIS ASSIGNMENT

Please note the following criteria from the syllabus regarding assignment submissions:

ASSIGNMENT SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

1.Follows specific guidelines for each assignment with regards to content and length

2. Prompt submission per due date and time

3. Typewritten in size 12 font and professional style

4. Double-spaced

5. Professional in appearance

6. Title page which includes course number and name, student name, date of term

7. Uploaded to course site

All written assignment submissions will be assessed according to APA guidelines (see APA manual). These include, but are not limited to:

*Refrain from using first person pronouns, clichés, and colloquies.

*All research and statements should be cited appropriately.

*Opinions are only permitted in the recommendations section.

Service marketing is a form of marketing that has two common aspects; one is the business to consumer relationship and the other is the business to business services (Helge, 2017). The form of marketing services in this category covers a broad scope aims and being impactful to the particular relation in question. This paper will analyze six journal articles and have a look at the dynamic elements of service marketing and the different approach in which it boosts service delivery between the business and consumers or other businesses. The first journal that will be analyzed is,” Humans’ Relationship to Nature – Framing Sustainable Marketing,” which was researched by Helge Löbler. The journal talks about service as a fundamental element when it comes to marketing and being able to develop structures that can be able to relate effectively business and nature.
